atQor has implemented technical controls designed to prevent non-essential analytics, session recording, advertising, marketing, and similar tracking technologies from loading until a visitor has provided the applicable consent through our consent management platform.

The following technologies are used on atqor.ca:

  • Essential – Always On – No Consent Required: These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. ARRAffinity / ARRAffinitySameSite (Azure load balancer, ensures your session stays connected), __RequestVerificationToken (security protection against form attacks), Google reCAPTCHA (spam and bot protection on contact forms).
  • Statistics (Analytics) – Requires Your Consent: Only activated after you click Allow all on our cookie banner. Google Analytics 4 tracks page views, sessions, traffic sources, and conversions. No personally identifiable information is collected.
  • Marketing – Requires Your Consent: Only activated after marketing consent is given. Marketing and advertising technologies related to our Microsoft solutions and Azure services offerings in Canada and the United States.

Your information is stored securely on Microsoft Azure servers. Primary data storage is located in Canada Central and Canada East regions. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with our ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 certified management systems.

atQor retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements.

  1. Children’s Information

atQor websites, applications, and platforms do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information on our website, please contact us immediately at info@atqor.ca and we will promptly remove such information from our records.

atQor operates globally through its offices, personnel, affiliates, and service providers located in multiple jurisdictions including Canada and the United States. The processing, access, storage, and transfer of personal information may be subject to applicable laws, customer agreements, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and project-specific restrictions.
